In order to keep the technology up to date and to improve security even further, the open source tracking software used was upgraded with a new major release.
AI Performance Report
Performance reporting provides an overview of the amount on which of the campaign performance was generated by the use of artificial intelligence (compared to other factors such as new designs e.g.). This enables even more targeted control and evaluation of campaigns. Simulations also enable users to predict the potential impact of new AI measures.
EVALUATE YOUR NUMBERS CORRECTLY AND ALWAYS BE ABLE TO SEE WHICH CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE REGARDING PERSONALIZATION
The eventlog allows all changes in the setup to be conveniently tracked and evaluated. Users can see all relevant places in the system where and when texts were exchanged, campaigns changed, or variants edited. All changes are system-generated and linked to the performance reporting and the numerical overviews, where they are displayed so that users can correctly evaluate the events and their effects on performance at any time.
Update of the popular excel report
The popular Excel report for direct communication of results is now even more concise and precise. The reports are compatible with Libre and other Excel applications and can be conveniently displayed and reported for individual parameters, variants or end devices. Users can generate, export and email presentation-ready reports with just a few clicks.
Optimized segment management (deletion function)
In the new version, users have the option to delete previously created segments again and thus haven an even better target group overview of their campaigns.
Due to the new version users can easily reuse existing campaigns and no longer need to create them from scratch. With one click, existing campaigns can be dragged into the campaign set, used there, and modified as desired.
The loading times in the system were significantly accelerated by several improvements. Pre-caching eliminates long waiting times even with a large number of customers.
COMMENTS FUNCTION IN REPORTS
With the new comment function, users can note comments and irregularities at the relevant points in the report. In this way, cause and effect of campaign performances are linked in an explanatory manner and made comprehensible for all users of the system.
IMPROVED CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW
Now users are able to see the campaigns in all views categorized by “active” and “inactive” campaigns for the respective selected time period
To better control the communication and playout of content from different campaigns, users can now prioritize their campaigns. This prevents, for example, that important communication of a campaign is not sent because another campaign is preferred.
ONE TIME CAMPAIGNS
In addition to creating long-term, automated ongoing campaigns, users can now also select specific target groups and send them a one-off campaign on an ad-hoc basis.
